Four year old loves this...
My four year old loves this video...anything with moving parts fascinates him. As a parent, I find this mind-numbing to watch but useful in helping me complete chores around the house. Therefore, I rated it from the perspective of my four yr old.
not the best barney episode (according to my son)
My son loves Barney and this one didn't hold his attention like the others. He watched for a few minutes and then opted out, we've tried it again a few times with the same result.
